Approach
A management and monitoring kickstart is typically a 3 - 5 day on-site engagement depending on the size of the infrastructure to be managed and the complexity of the requirements. We consult with you to determine the correct product for your requirements, work with your technical team to design the solution, identify suitable instrumentation then install and configure the software.
As part of the engagement we will configure the alerting to ensure you can proactively manage your environment to minimize service disruption and operational costs.
If you already have a monitoring solution in place we can work with you to:
- Configure deep monitoring e.g. for WebLogic this could be JCA connection pools, Execute Queues and Node Manager operation
- Design and implement resiliency
- Develop custom dashboards to group and display key performance metrics
- Provide an end to end view of transactions progressing through the architecture
